Our company started with assembly and assistance services in the ceramic industry, acquiring considerable experience also in the atomizer sector.

Over the years we have learned that the atomization chambers of atomizers, of different brands and sizes, are often oversized compared to the nominal production of the machine in its original state.

To meet our customers’ space needs, we have studied upgrade systems that guarantee satisfactory production results with reduced expenditure of money compared to purchasing a new machine. For example, an atomizer with an evaporation capacity of 6,000 LT H2O/h after upgrading will be able to guarantee 9,500 LT H2O/h evaporated.

Normally, in order to process the offer we send a specialized technician for an inspection who, in addition to studying the systems of the boosting system, does a complete check-up of the atomizer, to identify any damaged parts (example: cone, cylinder, diffuser hot air, exhausted air pipes, cyclones etc..) which would prevent the maximum performance of the machine.
