ENDLESS offers the flexibility of traditional rubber linings, since it was created as a rubber lining composed of a lifter plus a plate. For this reason, it can be installed on any type of mill: discontinuous, continuous or continuous modular. Provided that the latter is equipped with alumina grinding bodies.

It is characterised by rubber pieces in which there are special cells very close to each other, designed to retain the alumina grinding bodies present in the mill. In fact, your mill will insert the most suitable alumina ball inside each alveolus, thus reducing the cost of the lining itself compared to a composite lining in rubber and alumina.

That’s not all, because the biggest advantage of ENDLESS is the ability to be self-regenerating. That is, to expel the worn alumina ball at the right time and to host a new one ready to give new life to the lining.
